"Defense Mechanisms" teaches youth to recognize and control their own Defense Mechanisms, and to recognize the Defense Mechanisms other people use. Everyone has Defense Mechanisms, the challenge is that people at times use Defense Mechanisms that are destructive. So, instead of protecting them, their Defense Mechanisms get them into more trouble.
